Great cheap notebook! Love it.

A small problem that some customers may not think is so little, and apparently ASUS has not taken responsibility for, is a problem of wireless access.

My 1005 HA (white), just received from Amazon, with Windows XP, will have access to encrypted / unlocked (no password needed) public hotspots and private places no fine password. It is completely denied access to my password protected router (Linksys WRT54G2) no mater what I did, that "not capable of a certificate to access the network to find." Would not even pop-up a place to enter my router / network password.

I like everything about this netbook. Minor disadvantages for me is that I have big fingers, which makes it a bit 'hard on the keyboard. The other request would be a screen that is easier to see outdoors.

Compact, ideal notebook for taking notes in college. Very lightweight and comes with its case. Not heat, energy efficiency (battery life).

If you have owned a laptop for a period of time, then at a certain level, you need to backup laptop power supply. Replace a big misunderstanding when it comes to the power source for your laptop is that you can buy it from the original manufacturer. It is simply not the case. Buy the new power supply could be produced from the original several times the price that you can find elsewhere.
